Masamune is a real jerk isn't he. I get it that Arumi wants to show Elf that Masamune feels less than nothing for her, but he is hurting Sagiri too. Hopefully Elf will realise she is wasting her time over him and find someone else. Shame, as Elf is by far my favourite character.

Nice chapter @Weezer, in the UK, we eat a lot of "scotch eggs" where "scotch" is actually short for "scotched" which means minced/ground. The egg is surrounded by ground pork (sausagemeat). As steak and eggs is common, I can't see any reason not to substitute ground beef for pork. I think...

I hope that preview is a joke, or a dream fantasy. I like the bittersweet nature of this story, it juggles comedy moments with the overlying theme that everything dies, and when the old man dies, so will Ponko.

@DeadTube That is what Anjo's cat did if you remember. Dogs go somewhere quiet, usually their basket and go to sleep. Dog Mk2 did that, but I had to have Dog MK1 put to sleep as we were both distressed near the end. Hopefully, there are a good many years left in Dog MK3 ;)
