Really liking the characters, the blond noble lady is not a villian but she is nuts. MC is chill and not plotting all the time. And the male leads are just misunderstanding each other. But MC is still kinda evil.
Very pretty read but the more i read villainous comics the more I wonder what the point is. The fact that she is from another world has had no bearing so part. This modern average girl has completely adopted the personality of this otherworldy noble lady. I guess it's a branding thing.
I like how he didn't wait around for an award like so many fantasy heroes. Was ready to bounce out there. But the laws of heroes mean the rescued princess can't let the hero just ride off.
Never read anything like this before. And it's not insulting either. Surprised it hasn't been done already, the idea of monsters hiding as wealthy white men in post-civil war America is smart. The murderous evil actions of the monsters can be easily covered up by the fact that the humans have...
MC trusts untrustworthy people openly hostile to him. Reader supposed to feel bad for his stupidity and cheer on his god-tier luck as he stacks powerups.
Question that authors are too lazy to answer. Why don't these gods not just give these OP powers to someone already in that world. Wouldn't it be easier?
I like that her revival doesn't magically make her super smart schemer. But she said she intended to run away. So marry the man, gain protection, gather funds and run if his protection looks like it will fail. This is the problem with time travel stories that involve MC having died. Author...
I wish these MCs would be more swift. She should have just rejected the deal and booked it out of there, or killed the woman. If that's not an option, at least tell her parents to run for the hills with that money instead of waiting for what she knows is going to happen.
Knowledge of the future...
I would have prefered to see him tackle his enemies from the outside using the small lawfirm he was working with. Don't want to see him pretending to suck up to them.
