You could at least try to get him to change rather than assume hes trash forever. Its obvious he has more growing to do since the trash you know is him years and years older. Just assuming their terrible to their core is kind of messed up. People can change.

@Ghostdevil I agree with the thought, but you're missing something. This is a harem series. All the attractive girls revolve around the MC, and any and all male characters around the MC's age are scum of the Earth. This chapter is making me somewhat doubt that, but it's looking still true. That means you don't give any males the chance for character development.

@comeonnow0 I don't think this is a harem series tho. Theres been like... 2 girls with any actual character, the rest are male characters.

@Ghostdevil I wrote this in the comments for chapter 22.

You know what I realized that's putting me off of this otherwise okay-ish series? It's a harem. Not an actual, literal harem, but it's part of the harem genre. Sole male main character. A bunch of satellite attractive girls orbiting around him. There are ZERO males around his age who even somewhat seem to be decent people. If you see a named, significant male who could be a potential romantic rival (roughly the same age range), then it's almost guaranteed that they're scum of the earth at best or outright the actual antagonist at worst. No, the classmates in his group don't count. We literally don't even get their names.

Since then, we've gotten the names of the classmates, but they're still very minor characters who basically show off how great the MC is. Then we have more antagonistic males introduced. We have never seen an antagonistic female yet (the classmate that he now tutors has had a chance for character development while all other male characters never get that chance).

This uses a lot of the same writing style as harem genre works. That's my general point. Romance is not the main point of this series, but the writing style is still very similar to a harem genre story.

I would have prefered to see him tackle his enemies from the outside using the small lawfirm he was working with. Don't want to see him pretending to suck up to them.
