Small nitpick, but I feel like having him say "you fool!" is way too serious for such a laid-back guy. "Idiot!" or even "Dumbass!" would work better for such a, well, dumbass of a dude. I assume this is translating "Baka!", yes? Unless it turns out that he's actually an arrogant kung-fu master...

@Eleguak What's funny is that you can see in the original pre-serialized version that it says Wild Card like normal, so this was a conscious choice. Meaning you're probably right and that the implication is that there is a show called Wild Gard and that it isn't a typo.

This lighthearted edginess , it's pure Kodama Naoko. Also, I don't think I've ever heard the term "jill off" before, being used to refer to female masturbation as a pun on "jack off" for male masturbation, thus "Jack and Jill", but it's hilarious.
