Eh, see I ask because; now this is only from watching anime so I'm not trying to be an expert on a language I don't know, I've noticed when characters talk about themselves, as in when they say "I" they say their names.

The way she's talking, in this chapter it's way more of a problem, it really bungles the word flow. Tho I'm willing to agree it's also probably because she's supposed to be stupid and childlike.
