@adokun maybe he's unconsciously thinking about the butterfly effect. He changes one thing and the railing magically fixes itself lol. But yeah shouldn't this be obvious?

unrelated note: I seriously hate it when that theory is brought into time travel/reincarnation stories. "Don't change anything because you might end up ruining other people's lives." How about those changes actually improving lives? The original timeline doesn't have to be the optimal timeline.

That's fatal for a training academy of firefighter to have faulty equipments and lacking in caring for safety. This is purely an avoidable accident. It is obvious that the iron bar is old already and usually they have to check every time before someone is using it. If they are negligent in their own facilities and towards their own employees, how can we trust that they won't do the same to the citizens they need to save?
