all it took was some curiousity to either join in the fun or speed up the process if she was getting impatient and returned the frisbee to see what happens next

I said it shouldn't have worked because she's barely sentient. At most, she would have gone to check out the frisbee, but there's zero reason for her to have brought it to him. She's not a dog. She doesn't know what "fetch" is.

we don't exactly know how sentient she is, after all she may have gain some intellect when the MC interacted with her, after all she started thinking for herself

also mc not telling her to fetch the MC is making someone chase a frisbee and bringing it back, she out of her own intellgence/curiosity fetched on her own accord
