But but but everyone's temperature regulation differs from one to another. While MC can get the water to 50 degrees Celsius but the sick people's body would either cool themselves down and not reach the magic 50C or fail to cool down, overheat and turkey dinner.

@lelouch From what I gather, it's based on how much money he put in/how much time he has slotted for the transformation. If he put in only enough to go super for a split second, his suit doesn't have enough time to manifest. As for the fire, his superpower is apparently fire, so being on fire means he just has his power active. Again, only really shows itself if he has his power on for more than a split second.
