Speaking of this rumored time skip, some time skips already happened when

A] Endeavor took Deku and Bakugo under his wing, and again when
B] This operation began

So all of this arguing over Deku being able to use Black Whip effectively, and Float at all, is kinda pointless. We'll find out when the time is right.
