Seems super sketch... Not continuous with the uploaded scans, also not the latest chapter, of a manga which has an official English version, supposedly by a group which had never did this series and was last active 11 years ago? Is there a "bingo" yet?

@Iwashii Manga-Updates says the latest chapter on Crunchyroll is chapter 53.5, though? Doesn't really matter, though, since it looks like it was a rip of an official release and was (luckily) nuked from orbit.
