@Mngtr i'll tell you this: the last time a sort of niche manga that i loved that had a similar fanbase as this one, which actually got a translation, it was a fansub and it was Shinmai Shimai no Futari Gohan. It took a year and the translators are still working on it. Isekai Izakaya "Nobu" only got 5 eps of translation, and it was only subs for the raws, quite a long time after the rips appeared.

Welcome to the bullshit, from an old-timer. If the japanese publishers knew anything they'd be pushing the manga official pubs (paying the scanlators for the promotion and hiring them on if possible) and making the latest chapters freely available.
