No, I think I get the reference. He emphazises hard work, his players runs a lot, he is not friendly but not angry either with journalists, but willing to talk football any time, and he is able to take the best of less skilled players.
If we think that mangaka is trying to take references in current football (Fukuda being an obvious reference to Guardiola), then it makes sense he could have take a bit of inspiration of Bielsa for this one.
