@TheNinja3636 the only reasonable thing for me why naruto and sasuke got nerfed was because the plot can go forward. doesn't matter if naruto become rusty from the desk job or not, if the author want him to be friggin powerful, they can. but the things is if naruto and sasuke are as strong as when they fought kaguya, there will be no need of boruto in this story. But still, if the reason naruto weaken because of the desk job then what happened to sasuke? through out boruto series, sasuke was served as mainly supporting character. This thing happen to most mangaka where they create a super strong character but don't know how to find the right reason to end their glory. So, it's simply a plot device, that's all

This comment section is why you naruto fans are so dumb annoying. “Kunai < rinnegan” it’s an eye. “Sasuke nerfed” just weaker than the person. It’s fiction end of the day and you naruto fans have are the key reason why the original creator resigned despite there being not much wrong with this manga. I’m a naruto fan but I don’t like to say it based on the reality complex you guys have.
