I hate skipping chapters, and if the manga is missing a chapter right near the beginning then I never even start the manga, I would've gone on forever thinking there was just no chapter 2 if it weren't for the other people, it'd be nice if people would go ahead and put a single page saying the missing chapter isn't actually missing or if they just went ahead and did it.
