LN Spoilers (up til the end of vol 1) ->
I'm glad to see the manga is staying somewhat tame compared to the LN. I might be alone on this but I found a lot of Mai's actions from this point onward very creepy. And with Renako still being confused on how she feels, those actions crossed the line way more than they ever should have, and she never really pays the price or learns from her mistakes. This, as well as other smaller problems I have with Mai's character made me drop it. So I'm really hoping the manga could fix that by at least not making it as bad as it is in the LN.

I kinda don't like how Mai is being too forceful.....
Well renako did say it doesn't count since they're in 'best friend' mode. I don't really see it as Mai being forceful but rather taking advantage of what Renako said (kissing your friends as a joke). Not sure about the LN though. Might have to read it.

At some point towards the end of vol. 1 in the LN Mai completely forces herself on Renako in Renako's bedroom and if Renako's sister didn't catch them making out, Mai would have 100% gone all the way without consent, after that Mai realises that what she did was wrong and tries to get rid of her feelings for Renako and sets up a party where she invited everyone who has asked her out to find a new Girlfriend/Boyfriend who she can give her body to. So she is a little messed up in the head

in addition, her sister was actually calling her lucky to have someone like Mai as a lover, and Renako was feeling like she was the one who messed up cause she slapped mai after that. And after Renako apologized and this whole mess was "dealt with", Mai tried to do that again like the writer thinks its just funny fanservice.... If you're already feeling awkward I rec being ready to drop this at any point, this chapter was the turning point

Oof... That's pushing my limits of tolerance. I'm going to assume Mai also apologized, but to do it again right after... She really has a few screws loose.
