in 1) you say that if author says no, no one translates it anymore. This was funny. Especially the part about "out of respect". I laughed heartily.
in 3) you call mangadex "aggregator site", and you are very much wrong. Aggregator sites primarily copy manga from sites where translateams post their translations (their own personal blogs, mangadex etc.), and very often they do it automatically with bots. Hence their name. Mangadex is pretty much unique in this regard, and it always, always lets translateams to delete their translations from here if someone else uploaded it and they don't want it here. You can't do that with aggregator sites, surprise, surprise.
About the chapter...why does Sayu call him little sister? Shouldn't he be older sister?

I dunno why but it seems like this is somewhat a direct gay-tomboy relationship and daym i somehow like it and not at the same time cause the gay shit scene throws me off and tbh it's not daym funny if this is what all this ch has though i admit it was funny at first though but bow it clearly annoying well i might be expecting too much but i think they should go on a date with their formal clothes sometime
