@Arythazin There is a bit of context missing, in that I read 145-147 in one go and my reaction was primarily aimed at his inner monologue in 145. In hindsight maybe I should've posted the comment to that chapter, but considering 147 is where I ended, I posted it here instead.

The guy is fully aware of the effects his touch has on the girls of this world. He knows that it's by no means a voluntary response and he's even used that to his advantage in combat and when interrogating his victims. Despite that he also consistently looks down on the girls he's touched because they are now compelled to want to have sex, barely being able to function if they're not getting any. It's gotten to the point that with the exception of witches, having sex is his first solution to pretty much any problem that pops up.
At the same time he is butthurt that Nishina isn't affected by his touch, doesn't show any attraction to him and doesn't approve of him fucking around. He considers the affected girls to be the depraved ones when he's the most depraved of all.
