Excuse u ?!?!?NANI TF??? huhhhhh 🌚
What is this depressing chain of events in the recent chapters of mangas i read??? Did authors hit the depression season?

i really hope that they dont die, and at the same time i really hope that the petrifying device cant bring people from the dead.
Because that would make death mostly meaningless.

well that certainly happened. Tsukasa's probably right that they can revive the dead with reverse-engineered Medusas or something.

Bruh... Tsukasa getting shot pains me... then seeing Kohaku dying on the ground... Aughhhh my heart man... just woke up and then I see this... wtf man... Hyoga too...

did hyoga just died unrevivable death, while kohaku and tsukasa is still hanging on and can still be repetrified?

Damn, Tsukasa just knocked out the all-American women's division MMA champ like it was nothing, and she just uprooted a tree by pushing it!

Also sad ending, not gonna mention it cuz spoilers, good luck to the Science Team!

One of them would have been "believable" and two of them would have been pushing it. But all three in a single chapter? That's just a big flashing neon sign that says "Deus ex machina incoming"

And they'll get away with it too because after this arc there's unlikely to be any more conflict on a scale that needs the medusa to be used like that and in the long term they'll probably end up destroying them all anyway.

Damn. I assume Tsukasa and Kohaku won't die (definitely not Kohaku, she's way too important to kill off in a series that blatantly doesn't like killing off characters) because they'll activate the medusa before they do, healing their mortal wounds when they're unpetrified, but I doubt it'll bring back the dead, so Hyoga might *actually* be dead. That would make him the first named character to actually die in the series outside of a flashback.

Characters have displayed borderline superhuman abilities in this manga, but MMA girl uprooting a freaking oak takes it too far imo. THEN Tsukasa takes it even further by noselling and oneshotting her. Wtf? The medusa being able to revive dead people would be less unrealistic that that.

I mean, it's probably possible to bring them back from the dead? just a guess
the fact they lived 3000 years later would be proof of that, back when senku dissected or broke apart pigeons, they were entirely made of stone with no bio organic parts inside . When they "revived" 3000 years later, any damages were repaired and replaced with a black scar and Tsukasa's sister had a cancer? which were restored to her cells optimal state. You also have characters that were smashed into 1000 pieces, yet after piecing them back together were able to be revived. Also
It's anime.
