hmm i noticed that kujirai-b pointed out the connection between kudou’s name and the number 8, and kujirai’s apartment on the last page is shown to be 8 as well. not sure if it meant anything.

Not gonna lie, I'm a bit confused by some comments. I mean, it's not out of the question, since this manga is so delightfully weird, but I have a feeling that those weird tremors simply woke him up.
