I find it pretty unlikely that "Friend" is either Sadakiyo or Otcho, considering that Sadakiyo gets eliminated for the same reason Otcho does: too obvious. If I had to guess, I'd say that it's probably Fukubei, who is being suspiciously helpful. Of course, this is all happening fairly early on while things are still being established, so this assessment could and probably will change.
