Looks like this old dude is Kong Ming, this would explain why his tomb was empty. And I think he wrote the temporal demon spirit book. And don't forget that he was mentioned at the start when they arrived in this realm, the big slate (?) is also from him. Strange, what is he doing here?

@Pebi Him specifically? Not until this point. The 5 successors are mentioned when he's reading that huge stone tablet where the Demon Lord scratched out part of the writing.
