@Tearsax Hajime wanted a big-boobied one, but that made Lily jealous. And since it was Lily who won the ticket, it was really her call on who to invite as fourth passenger, and she made her decision as "anyone who doesn't have big breasts".
And guild lady is a bit upset because this means Hajime didn't intend to invite her, just because she doesn't have big breasts. (And while sober she can chill about it and just be mostly happy that Lily invited her, but when it was a surprise or when she's drunk she ain't overly happy about not being seen as a woman/potential mrs Hajime)
