That just means she already had a cold but her immune system was fighting it of successfully. When she got hit with the water ball her immune system temporarily dropped and the cold gained a hold of her.

Thats why people *get sick* after being rained on or being exposed to sudden cold. They were sick in the first place but the immune system was fighting it off.

@MonsieurQuack Completely true... that hammer and helmet, unfortunately, aren't part of the shield set but they are a little better, at least until he can afford to enchant the previous items, then he will have the most fabulous legendary equipment.
