the god told fmc to drug and rape him, unknowingly brag about his stats and kingdom recognize him as hero, he tried to runaway and kingdom sent assassin and he kill all those assassin but one girl and rape her to extract some information, after that he get back to the city and work under king who tried to kill him, the kingdom princess tried to drug and rape him, which he knowingly almost lets happen all the way through!

Dude was a random obese salary man, got reincarnated into a fully grown body.

He can use various type of magic and has sword proficiency at the level of a veteran guild member and is basically getting good skill easily.

Dude casually got himself a runaway princess as a girlfriend and that girl jsut casually drug rape him which he was totally OK with, later on she makes him guilt marry her due to him having no knowledge of the customs.
Let's not even mention the novel. The dude is just completely OK with being rapped, rapping or having assassin sent after him. He's just a complete beta dumbass... The perfect tool to be manipulated by any girl with a brain...

I've read so much worse that had less 1 stars, and a lot of 10 stars... I don't get it. Way better than a 5.5 compared to a lot of the isekai ecchi manga on this site. Also aside from the weird
