ok now im really curious to what scam hes running, leaking customer information to who?
Also its serious enough that grandpa isnt putting his hands in.
what the fuck is the scam?
@boag
Leaking customer information can cause serious trust issues to an INSURANCE company, let alone a normal one. Why would you sign up to one just to have your personal information given away
Just punch the fat f*ck in the face, that'll buy plenty more time. A little battery charge isn't much compared to the amount of fraud Doumeki's team been up to.
After all this is over and done with, and she has had time to process what she witnessed, Watarase is going to be one helluva cut-throat corporate executive. She's receiving a graduate degree in company politics and backstabbing here.
Naaah. Watarase is a good girl and would never want to disappoint Yariba. But I'll wager she never gets played or exploited by higher ups without paying them back ten-fold.

I guess, use your imagination. it hasn't been explicitly said why he's doing it (maybe it does later, but idk yet). He could be selling clients information. He could be using this incident as a way to gain trust to move up the ladder, etc. etc.
The reason he's able to go about this was:
a) the higher ups want to keep this a secret. If it gets out to the public, then the public would find out that information is being leaked and would no longer go to this company for insurance
b) he's the one in charge of incidents like these. He happens to be in a position where he would be the one assigned to investigating this issue, thereby avoiding suspicion
