@Theforgottengoat it's because when they were a dude he liked guys but could never hang out with them because women were surrounding him all the time. So hard to sexually harass a group you never get near.

What concerns me a bit is the MC's mental state. Basically she seems "depressed" all the time. In a body she didn't want, with memories that make it much harder for her to function in the regular world. I mean when you think about it. She's surrounded by people who no longer remember that their current lives are basically a "lie" and she just has to watch. This would drive me insane personally..
