I believe black and red are the only color Tanjirou's blade will turn into.

In chapter 9, Haganezuka (the swordsmith) said that Tanjirou's blade was most likely to turn red, since he's a "child of burning crimson" and Urokodaki (Tanjirou's mentor) agreed.
After that, they were both surprised when they saw the blade turn black instead.

Talk about foreshadowing...
