i hate the girl doctor's senseless disdain for her colleagues and how she acts like she knows better than specialists in their fields of expertise, the MC should also just tell her straight up that he's her childhood friend to remove the pointless drama, or just demote her to a tertiary character.

Amakasu managed to apologize in their recent gathering so she's getting there. And the japs looooove their pointless drama and annoying misunderstandings anyway, so it's probably the usual ride were we're getting 10 chapters of her being a stubborn, stuck up nag, with Igarashi saving the day and then one chapter of her coming out of her shell and changing for the better.
