around chapter 80, SJ stated that Yakusoku no Neverland was on it's "turnaround" point
which they generally use when a manga is halfway done, so assuming they dont make it go longer ( which by all means, they can, this is SJ and we know how they make use of their popular series ) it should end around chapter 150-170
