...So all of this genocide is happening and no one of greater authority than the Dark Moon Clan is reacting fast enough to save even one family? The Azure feathers were the weakest of the families at one point. Are the Dark Moon Clan so large and prominent that they themselves can make up, at minimum, the labor output and trade influence of the people, the workforce, that they killed? As well, the reduction of standing army personnel that the kingdom requires to maintain its power overall?

The higher-up that was bribed must have to report these deaths to someone eventually, so you'd think he would be pissed enough to react considering he let the Azure Feather family live and basically OK'd the uprising, and is also likely holding on to Ye for the gems he's able to get his hands on.

Thats quite a BS in this story. Total anihilation of 90% of your subsidiaries will result in drastic economic brakedown for your fiefes. Also you loose so much manpower. Dark Moon Family now should be severly wekened and any other big family would easily take them over. But hey its just fiction so who cares about realism.

@Yamibi Not only that. It's quite baffling how can they simply asspull an army to deal with multiple towns at the same time. In order to conscript enough soldiers for such venture It would be impossible for them to not attract unwanted attention. Not only would they harm their own economy, they would also leave themselves open to any other family that resents or simply wnt to takeover their assets. Also how did their soldiers work so fast, are they Speed Force Users?

@BloodySorcerer hey its a martial arts world of magic. Ppl fly on swords if they have core army made of high ultiation practitioners it is possible to move that fast. Though I agree with the rest you wrote :)
