Because those are pretty much the same proportions for Agari in chapter 39's cover, some of the girls in the same chapter when they show off their swimsuits, and even Komi herself in Chapter 40 when she's hugging her legs while sitting (her knees are almost as high as her shoulders in that pose, and she was not bending forward).
