First, Dirty Harry wasn't psycho, he was just against idea of being soft to criminals who was mad dogs in their ways. Second, now that's a RIP to Cosmo's fighting spirit, I don't think there is any way this can have a turn around. Thanks Hokuto no Gun for rapid uploads!

Dirty Harry Syndrome = Taking the law into their own hands, going above the law; seeing people as all criminals.

Further more Dirty Harry has definitely suffering from some sort of psychosis. He had no qualms with escalating situations so that violence would occur, torturing people, flat out killing people, and putting himself above the law. If you met that type of character in real life, you'd say he's psychotic, whether or not he was a cop. Just because he meant well (sometimes) doesn't mean he isn't psychotic.

Interesting change, a nice switch that you realize the reason she's been so scared of not being able to instruct him was to keep him from going apeshit. Akoya is a surprisingly dangerous dude in a tournament full of people who made a bigger impression than him. The artwork has been phenomenal in drawing him as this enormous and almost inhuman threat.
