I'm happy the "logicaly strongest" won (Well if he really did, it's not over ahah). I mean yeah sekibayashi is hella strong, but damn Muteba is a freaking mercenary who has been on a battlefield all his life. But yeah, he took a bit too much damage for "some acting", a smaller combo from Sekibayashi would have been more believable.

@Serenata : My coin on the throat.

Page 16: looks like that last eye poke is just a feint to trick Seki focusing on his left hand, while actual attack comes from right hand. Either throat or some acupuncture points

I'll be glad if Muteba wins because I like his employer and want to see more of her.

What's so great about his employer? She got sharp teeth for whatever reason and is easily annoyed, so what?

@KingRagnarok
And next Seki will rise as a zombie?

"Went down in one blow"

Er.... That's.... He soaked up a looooot of blows tho'....

Well on theory is true, since before that one was still strong, so you can say that blow 1 hit KO him and is the first time he falls like that since his first appearance. Ohma barely managed to KO him for a few seconds with Advance

Seki can soak up more blows if he "takes the move safely". Two times he got blacked out are by surprise attacks that he didn't embrace for: Ohma's poke and sumo boy's kick. Dude Muteba is even more dangerous since his move is killing move.

Man, Muteba really has a taste for giving others a taste of their own medicine, whether it be the injuries he inflicts or the techniques he uses. I wonder how much of the match he planned out in advance.

In any case, Muteba apparently has a one hit kill technique. It's kept mysterious and all we know is that he used his right hand and gave an extremely quick "tap" on Sekibayashi's chest while he was concentrating on dodging the eye-poke. Sekibayashi doesn't seem to have any external wound, but spurted blood all over the place from his mouth.

Looks like Muteba used the eye poke as a decoy while using his other hand to deal the blow. You can see clearly how he stopped before poking his eyes/face

oh shit, the two companies are working together which is why he seemingly wasted his subsitution and we didnt specifically see the exact moment when the blood came out

Maybe they want to work together but it was stated that the one who wins will be the leader so neither is throwing the match just to become a subordinate of the other

I'm going to laugh if seki gets up next chapter, but the author's been teasing the muteba vs. wakatsuki fight for at least 10 chapters now, so my boy seki probably won't get up. sucks tbh, he's easily one of, if not the best character in the series.
