I searched some info about the "Inside". It consists of ten wards, numbered from 1 to 10. The signboard of Tokita ward simply said "tenth street", so the edgy names probably were made up by its residents:
- Ichiryuu: one dragon
- Niko: two tiger (yup, it's Niko's name and Niko style)
- Rohza: three wolf (actually written as wolf three. Himuro was from here)
- Shiki: four turtle (where Setsuna met Ohma)
- Goyuu: five bear
- Rikuko: six gu (poisonous insect)
- Shichiohba: seven horse king (Ohma's name, sans seven)
- ??? (don't know how to read it): eight hawk
- Guchi: nine spider
- Tokita: ten demon snake (Niko's and Ohma's surname)

Only 7th and 10th were written with three words instead of two, like they were existed for the sake of naming our MC lol.
