The moves used in both fight are eerily similar, like they were choreographed from the same script. That was last match of round 1, and we got this chapter right after end of round 2. Don't tell me author just got bored and repeated it to fill page count.
Since Setsuna learned Niko style from someone, it's no surprise if Fang has some connection with it as well (remember how he reacted after watching Ohma used Niko style to beat Raian?).

@Kathartes it's a pretty common move used by wrestlers, even Okubo used it against Fang earlier in their fight. If it was a move specific to the niko style it would've been named

No, it's not about how generic the move is. The thing is why author decided to repeat it. Have you seen any other fight in this manga resemble each other? Mounting on opponent, launching off with hip, tackle feint, hook strike to the head... so many common pattern.
It wasn't Fang's technique similar to Ohma's, but two fights were similar.
