Wait, kid... a weapon is an investment, you buy a better weapon because it allows you to kill faster or kill more dangerous enemies, which results in you getting more $.

I hope this doesn't end up as some party-wipe where only he lives, that'd be lame. (I wouldn't be too surprised if he did some martyr thing and died, letting everyone else live, but then he survives somehow, unbeknownst to them)

What if MC worked at a grocery store or something, maybe make more money from not having to buy new clothes and medical bills every time he goes in a dungeon unless a single drop item is worth it. But if he dies then it sounds like there will be no one left to earn income in the family
