I really hope they don't pull some "he's ain't really dead because he's a special demon" bullshit. The shock is only worth while if it stays a shock, and him regenerating would be ridiculously predictable. Though a better or more interesting thing would be to focus on the mummy over there. Blowing himself and his family up just for a chance seems like a stupid plan and doesn't really seem reasonable or to match up with his persona or the story in general. It'd feel really stupid if it were the case.
