Seriously if Kiryu wasn't a nutjob he'd be insanely strong considering how quick he's able to learn these techniques

Cheers to Lemmy! I like how author made a training for even such fantasy style as Rackshasa's palm, great details. From moves of Niko style, it's looks to me like a karate+aikido mix. And judging by amount of commentaries and views, Setsuna's plot is not very intertaining for readers, anyway - Hokuto no Gun - thank you as always!

I think Adamantine Kata maybe my favorite of the Four. Even if' it's downright inferior to Redirection Kata
I wonder if bigger people with greater muscle mass are more compatible with Unbreakable.

"Dazai Yukio's hobby: weight training."
Why those educators in this series love muscle so much?????

Ok people, before one of you decides to continuously hit water in a barrel and train Rakshasa's Palm for 8 years, it's just a fantasy move. ?

Dont tell me what to do!

@monkey123
I thought we were talking about which martial arts training is most unrealistic, so why is dr. hanafusa related to this?

What would Dr. Hanafusa say about what?

how damaged saw paing's brain is? whether getting your head hammered from 5 years old is an effective training method? (chapter 85) whether he wants to dissect saw paing?
