I feel that they preach to the wrong tree at this moment.
Because all bad action of the humans until now (expect the succubus) were results of socities who want to resurect their lord. And that will be a problem for him.

My Predictions:
This group will want a proof of him so they will ask him to sacrifice Reina as proof of his loyality. He will then go on to fight then die and in his next life consult with the goblin mage. In the long run he himself might become a lord himself.

I'm not entirely sure I understand your point, but basically when the deer man said humans killing other humans is the worst, it means they are so wicked they don't merely oppress other species but their own as well. It's one thing to defend your own people's benefit against all aliens, that's to be expected to some degree, but it's another thing if you are so evil even your own people are nothing but an expendable resource for you.

By that logic, would it be justified to harvest unwilling donors for blood in real life? You're saving lives, after all. Fresh human blood is a valuable resource, especially that of people with rare blood types.

It would be one thing if they were asking for volunteers or buying the antlers, but from the looks of things they're taking it by force, and probably selling it. Selling medicine on its own is neither a crime nor should it be, but mutilating other people for your own profit is hardly philanthropic.
