He found out that the princess was the one who cursed the hero, yet didn't silence her in anyways after he exposed her? He's basically living in enemy territory after that point and should've seek advice from the commander immediately instead of just bringing the crystal. Maybe they could've pulled off a coup against the king. Since as we learn from previous chapter, the king is up to no good and the knights knows about it.

An assassin, with MAX STEALTH, just reveals that he has invaded the PRINCESS' room in the middle of the night and fucking GRABBED A CURSED OBJECT she was using on his classmate and then he just fucking leaves.
