Not surprised at all that the slime guy was one of them. He was very suspicious since the beginning. Time to back to the save point. :)

@Cleesus he is more like stupid than edgy, at times I just don't get why the hell he acts so stupidly. Why the hell say the being they worship like a god will fail? That's just an unnecessary information that would make them angry and he didn't have any reason to say it, but the smartass has a need to say something stupid.

edit after reading: what a goddamn idiot!

@apostou I do too, seems mangadex servers are having problems

@apostou, yup, you're not the only one. Nice on MC for digging up more information on his deathbed, useful for the next run.

@jokerxhisoka
Hard to have intelligence when you're a skeleton.
Also, his stats in it aren't very high, iirc.

This is good insight for the next run, though.
Still hoping that once he's near the end he'll have to full run and save all girls.

@jokerxhisoka

I mean... he's a skeleton. He doesn't have a brain. Plus he's save scumming. I'd do a lot of things I wouldn't normally do if I could save scum the consequences.

Gonna just ignore them this time you already know what is their guild and what they do.
@Rupopo Of course save scum is a godly power when used efficiently it's one of the OP power you can befriend your enemy earlier before they try to kill you for example. It lead to the story you want as condition that this secret you keep it to yourself like another manhua has done that.

So? Where is the last checkpoint? Discover on the next chapter of Skeleton Soldier!

For being introduced as the story's central mechanic, reloads sure have become rare as of late. I liked it a lot more when it was about desperately finding a way to succeed in-between deaths and slowly getting resistances according to the way he died or using the time between deaths to accumulate strength. Now it became some sort of crime drama and the grinding and leveling up is actually skipped. What the hell?

When you have save points, you can be as naive as you want to draw out your true enemies. When you reload, kill them without question before you get embroiled in an unrecoverable state.

Now it would be crap if the save point was right when the demand to join was given.
