My advice is always one word. "Spinach". They call it "superfood" for a reason, you use more calories digesting it than you gain from eating it. If you can learn to like fresh spinach your life will suck less, diet wise.

If you can learn to love spicy sauces it will be something to look forward to too. Hot sauce is 0 calories and sriracha sauce is like 5 a serving. I mix it with half a tablespoon of ranch to ween myself off of salad dressing, which is a calorie bomb (avg. 100 calories in a tablespoon which is "a serving" wtf?). Throw it all between a sandwich with some chicken bits and it tastes like leafy hot wings. lol

@himeleth Assuming I read this right, she gets executed a ways down the manga's plotline where she would be significantly older. Though I may be confusing this with Bakarina, since this chapter doesn't give any definite timeframe.
 
80kg = 176 pounds, or 12 stone 8 and a bit pounds, at 4 feet and a bit and with no muscle. Compare to some women here:

and squish them down... yeah, she's fat. Puberty and a bit of height can't come fast enough.
 
Despite all the mentioned ugly parts(the acne, BO, and stuff), I like that they still made her looking adorable.

I'd have been fine if she stayed looking like that through out the manga.
