My advice is always one word. "Spinach". They call it "superfood" for a reason, you use more calories digesting it than you gain from eating it. If you can learn to like fresh spinach your life will suck less, diet wise.
If you can learn to love spicy sauces it will be something to look forward to too. Hot sauce is 0 calories and sriracha sauce is like 5 a serving. I mix it with half a tablespoon of ranch to ween myself off of salad dressing, which is a calorie bomb (avg. 100 calories in a tablespoon which is "a serving" wtf?). Throw it all between a sandwich with some chicken bits and it tastes like leafy hot wings. lol
@himeleth Assuming I read this right, she gets executed a ways down the manga's plotline where she would be significantly older. Though I may be confusing this with Bakarina, since this chapter doesn't give any definite timeframe.
