Kuro already said it that there is no ultimate or overpowered techniques. There are techniques to be used in different situations. A great martial artist is the person who know which technique is best suited for each situation. Strategists may even come up with different style of using techniques to change the flow of the match into the outcome they want.

Sometimes, best techniques for each individual may result in great lost (heavy injure) or too slow to defeat the opponents so the strategists develop the way to use these techniques to either quicken the fight or reduce the damage. Kuroki is simply the man who trained long enough to be able to use his techniques to the fullest while have a strong will to walk through the battle and enough experience to utilise his technique. He can crack anything through at him because he understand the strategy and tactics of his enemies as well as prepared enough to have solutions for every possible situation.

He won the fight fair and straight.

What an emotional chapter. I'm ready to cry now. If Ohma wins from asspullery, I'll cry. If Ohma loses (more appropriate, imo), i'll cry. If Ohma dies (most appropriate, regardless winning or losing, because otherwise all the hype "you're gonna die!" post-Raian battle that author's been constantly pushing will be useless), I'll cry too. If he lives... I dunno, it'd be to cozy of an ending for this manga. Jeez, can't wait next chapter T_T
