And, contrary to what some others seem to think, she doesn't look one bit hesitant for the opportunity. What dislike and trepidation she may have had for him seems to have completely evaporated. I'm sure Ookuma can't believe his luck. He now will have the opportunity to get Chiyo alone and finish his confession. I wouldn't doubt that Chiyo would actually except him at this point.
For quite a while now, I had thought that Chiyo's attitude had improved, and that she had become less of a firecracker with an extremely short fuse. But with how she is acting in this chapter, it seems that she is just as ready to dump Igarashi as she was back in chapter 80, if even more so since Ookuma is involved.
