Skeleton met a dude on the road who seemed very/ridiculously strong. While looking at him, Skeleton lost consciousness.

Afterwards, Skeleton woke up in some kind of cave with limited functionality. It is unknown whether this is a funky dream, a mind trick, a teleportation or even if someone just dragged him there.

Apparently he has to fight other skeletons of various distinctions there, which allow him to unlock his functions again.

After some fighting and unlocking, he encountered the seemingly nice necromancer lady. It’s unknown who she is, but apparently she has a great affinity with skeletons, causing them to become stronger by at least physical interaction with her.

She also seems to believe our Skeleton friend is insane after hearing his story, emphasizing that such a resurrection ability is at least uncommon to extremely rare and improbable.

btw it seems like our skeleton mc is a hero... and the word "epic" really just makes me think of re:monster...

I'm not against being kept in the dark for a bit (his whole origin and the RPG elements are also mysterious AF and that's fine), but the whole cave thing now, ...we really don't get any red string to orientate ourselves, do we?

So...he somehow lost his conciseness back in the woods. Maybe he was killed. Maybe Chandler was the one doing it. Maybe Chandler has been already dead at that point and has been that pale mistresses puppet/probe all along. She saw MC through Chandlers eyes, took an interest in him, flipped his on/off switch with her necropowers and decided to test him back in her cave. ...and here we are. That's at least my theory.

Yea.......You are a skeleton. A walking horror. For people, who see you, shit just got real. But tell them you are a time-traveller, now you're crazy.

Like, really confused that i feels like author just Bull**itting these few last chapters since themselves still figuring what to do.

This was quite nice storytelling with the katana dude. when he was introduced it was as if he could become a potentially dangerous opponent, yet now his return shortly after was basically as a piece of fodder. Good misdirecting.
