Another disappointing chapter with Igarashi not mustering up the courage to confront Chiyo...

Of course, if Igarashi says one wrong thing to Chiyo, it will mean days, or even weeks, in the dog house. And she'll never tell him that she had an intimate conversation in the middle of the night with Ookuma, nor will she tell him the last thing Ookuma said to her that got her all flustered. Moreover, today she's got her two-faced mask on, pretending that everything's hunky dory without a care in the world.

At least Ryouhei and Shishijima seem to have functioning brains, both of them giving Igarashi some good advice.

Dropped this for a while. I had enough of this herbivore attitude of Igarashi, author really pushing my buttons after 167 chapter. @ me when a confrontation which doesn't end in "You're at fault Igarashi" style.

Jezz, you guys talk like Chiyo sucked that guys dick, she didn't even touch him. I give this series a glance once in a while and I can tell it's about a bunch of dumb kids figuring out dating with imaginary drama. Most of you talk as if she's actually cheating on him.

@FredFriendly - Well, he's been trained to know that if he confronts Chiyo on anything, she punishes him. So he avoids it. It's emotional abuse, and Igarashi needs out.

@Istvan90623 - When his "friend" said he needs to take her out on a date because he messed up, I yelped, "What?!" But then, they only ever see Igarashi's actions and attitude, whilst Chiyo is a perfect chameleon who also gets a pass for being cute and childlike (re; childish). I'm sure if Ryouhei saw or was told about what happened between Chiyp and Ookuma, he'd hit the "eject" button on Igrashi's behalf.

@HawkGoggles - if a guy was talking to an ex-girlfriend late at night and his current girlfriend overheard, having been told previously there was nothing between them, wouldn't she have a right to be upset?

I'm sure if Ryouhei saw or was told about what happened between Chiyp and Ookuma, he'd hit the "eject" button on Igrashi's behalf.

Actually, I think Shishijima would be upset, too, but not on Igarashi's behalf, rather, he would think it should be him instead of Ookuma getting close to Chiyo.

Well, we certainly know how Chiyo would react, don't we?! It would be curtains for Igarashi, an instant end to their relationship even if the girl wasn't an ex-girlfriend (well, she wouldn't be since they are each other's first boyfriend and girlfriend).

@Shootyagoo Just imagine how I feel. I spend 3 or 4 hours on each chapter while scanlating it!
