Who else is thinking that the array was a little to weak. Nie Li, when he first talked about the array, he said it could easily kill a dozen legend ranked. Now it barely managed to injure a single one. Did he held back or is it really that useless?

I might not remember well but i think he can only use so much of the arrays power. The higher his cultivation the more power he can use from the array.
