"none of this was reported to his majesty beforehand!" then proceeds to show that he executed someone and enslaved people of another country without notifying the king

Man this regent dude is seriously bad news.
Sooner or later it will be the king's head inside the box.

@xtremeloldude
The hypocrisy is strong in this one. Can't wait for the time when the protagonist, the demon queen and the moderates oust him (what I don't know is if it'll happen before or after Isabella retakes her throne).

this is game of thrones all over again with a weak fucking lil kid king getting puppeteer and making everyones life harder

if I was the king I'll simply interrupt his talk snd say "based on what you said and what you just did, you are guilty of treason too, I want you to be executed now"

sigh, I'm seriously considering to drop this after I read the next chapter

@Wrex: You're assuming that the regent isn't holding something over the king's head. Notice how the little king abruptly acquiesced to the regent once he was handed that "report" in Chapter 10. That was very suspicious. Almost like blackmail or a threat, one that the young king is too afraid to speak out about, even to his trusted teacher.
