@venomx99x It would be very hard for most weapons to pierce through good armor, agreed, but anything that funnels strikes to the same spot on the armor (rounded or triangle armor boob plates) is potentially bad and makes for not only a weaker spot on the armor but perfectly guides a weapon to where it can do more harm (weakening a spot on the armor to potentially pierce through, glancing upwards into your face). Armor should deflect away from you and the armor's joints and welded pieces, not towards them.

Also, the metal there will likely be weaker just by the fact that it isn't a unified solid surface... most bent metal will often cause fatigue in the structure.

@unkownfactor i see where you are coming from but that area is very hard to hit and how forging works it will probably be the hardest part of the armor because you will bend it out side in making the middle thicker.

@dArkus_Orion that might be so, but notice that he hasn't once tried to practice magic or do research on his problem now that he is in beta class and has access to [knowledge], he is just training his team and developing tech with the magic researcher which was developed by said researcher in the future.
