Im pretty sure that it has to do with the original joke being in Jap. I remember one anime where "he takes care of me everyday" was said as "he rapes me everyday" because the person speaking was nervous. So i think its humor the translation couldnt fully carry over.

Definitely got curious about the obviously-a-joke-lost-in-translation going on with page 1 so I took a look at the raw myself. I'm not a good translator, but I did my best.

Okay so what Mara says first is basically asking permission from the dorm master to "keep Yuri-san company at night." (夜の相手)
When I googled this phrase it brought up sex advice columns, so that's a pretty apparent implication that even persists already in English the way I wrote it.

She then goes on to clarify that the other day, Yuri-san was acting strange, and... this part I'm not super clear on, but it sounds sort of like "when we talk at night, she seems out of it."
The rest of it is basically as seen on the page.

@Bainhardt just out of curiosity, does the "And after she cheered up, then we can..." on page 3 read any differently in japanese either? because if the english translation of "let me have sex" had been correct, that subsequent line would imply that she was indeed hoping for sex and it was an actual freudian slip rather than a double entendre

If you want the most literal breakdown of the third bubble, it says "Then when [she] becomes energetic (like, back to her normal self), Yuri-san and..."
It doesn't strictly say "we," but then Japanese doesn't use pronouns like that very often when the context can just imply it. And contextually, it's pretty clear she's talking about Yuri-san and herself, because who else would it be?
